The Situation

Nearly anyone who has had a custom badge made in the UK knows the name Rocket Badge. Since 1987, Rocket Badge has supplied the UK’s best brands with top-quality custom badges and keyrings. Over the years, the company has produced badges bearing the logos of more than 80% of the UK’s top-100 companies, and it continues to produce millions of badges every year.

As an established company, Rocket Badge already had several marketing initiatives in place. However, it was ready to take its marketing efforts to the next level and needed a team with the strategic know-how, structure, creativity and tenacity to bring it all together.

The Solution

We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy, which focused heavily on leveraging the expertise of the team to build awareness, drive engagement and generate leads. As part of the strategy, we aligned the company’s sales and marketing efforts around an internal expert programme, which integrated the team into the sales and marketing efforts. This resulted in not only greater internal buy-in, but also highly engaging and valuable content for current and potential customers.
